Refund & Return Policy

At BraveFox, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
• To initiate a return, contact support@bravefox.in with your order number and reason.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for size or damaged items only.
• If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

4. Non-returnable items

• Accessories, masks, or sale/clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
